About Us

By providing hope and positive vision, Optimists bring out the best in kids. Adult volunteers join Optimist Club s to conduct positive service projects in their communities aimed at providing a helping hand to youth. With their upbeat attitude, Optimist Club members help empower young people to be the best that they can be. Every year, Optimists around the world conduct 65,000 service projects and serve well over six million young people.

The Optimist Club of Albuquerque was chartered on March 9, 1940 and has been serving our community and youth for over 82 years.
